Please consider the following products to be installed on your home:

1. Hail Resistant Shingles- UL 2218 Class IV impact resistant shingles qualify for up to 27% annual premium reduction on homeowners’ insurance premiums.

2. Radiant Barrier FiFoil- Radiant barrier blocks 97% of all radiant heat into attic space. FiFoil is the only radiant barrier that qualifies for the Federal government tax credit of 30% of the total job cost, up to $1500. Please see tax form 5695 for details.

3. Attic Breeze Solar Powered Fans- Comes with a lifetime warranty. Produces up to 1550 CFM. Self-regulated system that activates at 77 degree attic temperature. Qualifies for solar Federal tax credit of 30% with NO CAP and does not compete with Energy Star tax credits mentioned in #2 and #4. Please see tax form 5695 for details.

4. Blown Insulation- The Department of Energy recommends R-49. A proper insulation level prevents cool air from leaving the home and prevents hot air from entering the home. We install only Hypo-allergenic, green guard certified and formaldehyde free blown insulation. Blown insulation qualifies for Federal tax credit of 30% of the total job cost, up to $1500. 5. Polaralum By Heat Barrier Systems - This product when installed underneath new roofing materials in lieu of felt paper reflects 97% of sun’s radiant heat. Applications include residential and commercial re-roofing, siding, fire, thermal, vapor, wind barrier. Class 1A fire rating.

Please ask your sales associate for a copy of tax form 5695 if needed. You will need to provide your contract from CLC Roofing, Inc. listing your upgrades to your tax preparer if you choose any of these tax credit eligible products. If you choose hail resistance shingles, we will provide an affidavit for your insurance carrier that will initiate your annual premium discount.
