3. Customer and Professional References – Call previous customers and vendors

Require atleast 100 references!!!!!!!!!!!!

4. Material lien release  – If the Roofing contractor does not pay his bills all parties that provided material and labor on your roof can file executable liens. That means you could end up paying for the same roof twice.

Require a release before the job begins

5. Call the Better Business Bureau and verify names, addresses, phone numbers and years in the Roofing Industry
